Weeee my first protein Intake~!~!!!

it taste.. normal... abit thick tho lol...
but acceptable.. going start training intense le XD...

at night went to play lan wid gim hunt and jeremine =).. haha.. was alright haha.. den went to punggol to have supper.. haha den gim hunt so kind sent me home..
seeing jere trying to put on a front after such harsh valentine. make me see myself.. haha.. heartbreaks are sad.

i will survive. XD...

I love my friends who support me when i really need them..
its true.. bgr dont last. but Friendship last FOREVER.
